From first encounter the experience was very positive. The recruiting team was communicative and timely. Every Thumbtack employee I interviewed with was truly delightful and I enjoyed every conversation I had. Very conversational approach to all interviews. The particular position I applied to had a "homework" assignment which resulted in a 10 slide deck I presented to the hiring manager. Although I was not selected for this position, the process was still very positive. Thumbtack takes their values seriously and it shows in how they treat candidates.
