Very long and suspect interview process! Preliminary meetings with design director were followed by a separate full day of 1 on 1s with various people on the team... 2 design exercises... 1 coding exercise... then an email a week later from the recruiter asking me to completely redesign and prototype their product! This 'last' piece was their final gate to determine how interested a candidate was and required research, brainstorming, sketching, high fidelity designs of the whole product, as well as a fully clickable prototype of the finished product. Seemed HIGHLY shady and an easy way for them to get free ideas in a ready to implement format. I decided to withdraw from the process.
