The recruiter emailed me to do a one-way interview, and I was given 1 day to send back the video. It’s rude and disrespectful for them to ask me questions but not allow me to ask questions back. Interviewing is a two-way street. We're interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing us. This shows they see applicants more as machines or robots than as actual human beings.
