The hiring process moved quickly and involved the stages as described below:
1. Interview with recruiter
2. Interview with the hiring manager
3. Interview with VP of Sales
4. Interview with Co-Founder
5. Interview with CTO.
I guess the hiring process was very tedious since they needed to be sure who they were hiring and cannot afford to make a mistake.
The offer was good & attractive. I declined simply because I had to accept another offer given to me at roughly the same time. It was really a tough call to make.
In short, I appreciate their effort especially taking the time to explain their culture along with the vision & mission of the company. HR specifically reached out to me for this.
