      Analyst Interview

      Nov 9, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co.

      Interview

I was called by the recruiter and asked if I could schedule an interview for the next day. I scheduled it for the morning, but the interviewer never called. I emailed asking if it was still a good time and they made it seem like it was my fault( "You didn't answer" when my phone was in my hand awaiting the call the entire time) and said we can reschedule for later. They scheduled it for two days later with the same person, but a conference call where I called in rather than them calling me. The interviewer was very standoffish and told me 8 minutes into the call that I was not fit for the role as I didn't meet the apparently very necessary requirement of knowing SAS. If SAS was so important why was I put through to the next round when my resume never mentions SAS. Complete waste of time.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in Jan 2025

      Interview

The recruiter was communicative in the beginning and scheduled interviews with the team for me but then ghosted me after the last interview for months with zero response to my emails following up. She then replied months later just to let me know that I didn't get the job and could talk to the hiring manager to provide feedback on my interview. I later found out that they moved someone internally which I hear they typically do.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in Jun 2022

      Interview

The 1st interview was with a recruiter. She was nice, transparent and professional. Soft skills analysis to see if you would be the right fit for the role. The 2nd interview was with a hiring manager from the team I would be potentially working on. His interviewing skills weren’t the greatest, as he made me feel less excited about the role when sharing his personal experience working for another division within Tiffany’s. (Admitted that he was working 12+ hours on some days). After two weeks I didn’t hear back from either him or recruiter. I circled back to see if they were interested in moving me through the next steps and never heard back. Overall it was an ok experience
