Very smooth process with multiple rounds with different stakeholders. Very nicely coordinated, enough time to react and the flexibility to pick your desired slots for the interview. Throughout the journey HR is constantly in touch and apprising you of the next steps and how you are progressing so far.

1. Case Study Preparation
2. Present Case Study to Interviewer Panel (2 Interviewers) - You need to present your case study and the cross questioning on your approach etc.
3. SQL Test (Very Poor format arranged by Mercer, You have to write SQL Logic in a Notepad)
4. Interview with Director
All went well and everyone said Yes and feedback was positive. as per HR.
HR was aware of my notice period and other details before scheduling the interviews..
Finally they said NO saying couldn't fit you in a project as we need someone who can join in 15 days.
