Interview
I interviewed for a Senior Consultant position in Chicago, Illinois.
The first round was HR, which covered the basic questions on your candidacy.
The second round was SQL coding which involved a HackerRank live coding test.
The interviewer firstly did not switch on the camera, citing lame reasons, but forced me to switch on mine as an HR policy.
Secondly, she was not flexible in accepting other approaches in writing a query other than what she had answers for!
She did not even try to understand the efforts that I was putting to query in my way.
Lastly, she yawned throughout the interview and had pure disregard for the process.
A very unprofessional experience by this person! I am unsure if they even get reviewed to conduct interviews for somebody excited to join the company!
It certainly did throw me off the course to consider this position at Tiger Analytics.
It was good asked questions based on CV and projects previously worked on overall intermediate difficulty level also asked on programming question of moderate difficulty level

For me there are three rounds.
In the initial rounds , we have the initial screening with HR who has asked me regarding all the details regarding my work and past work.
After the Initial Round , there was a technical round one , where they have asked me to solve SQL and Python Coding questions using coder pad platform.
First when i have asked for the feedback , they have mentioned that they are not proceeding with my resume as my skills doesnot allign with the role.
After a month once again i had the second round of interview where they have discussed about the my past projects and some probability questions. I thought i have performed well, once again they have provided the same feedback and they havent reached to me till now
