Took 2 tech rounds, 2nd round happened a few days after the first round and I was really hoping towards it, I gave the 2nd round and answered everything related to the subject/position for which this job was and later I get to hear that the panel wanted ‘more’ diverse skill sets( which clearly didn’t match the JD) every communication was useless with HR. They themselves were confused on what they want is what I felt and also I was just a ‘back up’ because the next day I come to know position has been closed and in the same time I get a similar auto generated email. This was just a total waste of time as they had already selected the one and just wanted to take interview for the sake.
