I recently had an interview with Tiger Analytics, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. Initially, I was contacted a day before the scheduled interview, which was set for 1 PM. However, I was informed at the last minute that the panel wouldn't be available at that time, and I was asked to reschedule for 2:30 PM. Despite the short notice, I accepted the new time. During the interview, the panel asked questions about architectural concepts, but it was clear that the interviewer was quite confused. It felt as though they were trying to find reasons to reject me rather than genuinely assess my skills and experience. The overall lack of professionalism, from the sudden rescheduling to the conduct of the interview itself, was disappointing.Based on this experience, I would not recommend others to interview with Tiger Analytics. Their process seemed disorganized, and the behavior of the panel was unprofessional, which did not reflect well on the company.
