It was a three step process with initial discussion, assignments, and a culture fit round. I faced a lot of rescheduling but the interactions were good. The case study (assignment) was very detailed and required good investment of time and effort.

The process was structured with a strong focus on case study and consulting skills. However, after the final round, the profile was put on hold due to a “fitment issue,” which was not clearly defined. Better clarity on role expectations earlier in the process would improve the experience.

They are running a scam in the name of hiring process. They will make you work through actual org related case studies in the name of hiring process. Once that is done , they will call out that the compensation is not meeting their "so called" benchmarks. All this while they keep telling you during interviews that management is flexible in growth of employees
