I recently interviewed with Tiger Analytics for the position of Lead Engineer. The Interview process took a week to complete. The last technical round was conducted by a client partner, who I found to be very incompetent. He started the interview by asking me to tell him about myself. I gave him a brief overview of my education and work experience. After that, he asked me a few technical questions. I was able to answer all of them correctly, but he didn't seem satisfied with my answers. He kept asking me the same questions over and over again, and he would interrupt me when I was trying to explain my answers. It became clear to me that the Interviewer didn't really understand the basic data structures that I was talking about. He kept asking me questions that I had already answered, and he would get frustrated when I couldn't answer them the way he wanted me to. I think he was expecting answers as mentioned on some sites.
