Tiger Analytics QA Partner interview questions

1) external recruiter picked the resume from naukri 2) Shared it with Tiger and they selected and then HR called me 3) Tiger Analytics HR team is really good and follow ethical practices. They spoke very respectfully and were very forthcoming to during hiring process 4) I was asked to create a case study on test strategy to test a Cloud data platform /pipeline 5) Also case study should cover detailed steps on how to test all the aspects along with pipeline architecture 6) Interview was scheduled once case study got selected 7) 2 interviewer joined, 1 dropped off mid-way, however other person was there for full 1 hour 8) But during the interview I realized that apparently panel has not seen my case study as they were asking same questions which were there in the PPT in clear manner and they thought that those are not addressed 8) I see a gap between expectation from a QA Manager here, QA strategy would always be at high level but i felt the expectation from Panel was to have low level design and development strategy like implementation team/dev team. So it would have been better if interview would have been taken by a someone with Testing background or at least Prod Management/Project Management background 9) After 3 days, HR called and said response is lukewarm to which I thanked her that at least they conveyed me the feedback, again KUDOS to HR team 10) Interview could have yielded more constructive conversation if panel would have been set correctly with Project Manager/Test Manager or Product Manager
