6 interviews, the interviews were booked in pretty good time. Some were very repetitive so the interview process needed more structure and consideration. When you interview for 6 rounds, here nothing and have to chase for feedback, never to actually receive feedback is pretty shocking. Not a great impression of tik tok

Interview
Interview process was about 4 interviews. I felt the questions were a bit repetitive. The people I spoke to were friendly. What can be frustrating is, if you interview with TikTok multiple times in a year, they don’t utilize previous feedback like many of the FAANG companies do. You may have to go through the process multiple times with the same questions because “it’s for a different team”. I’d understand if the role was technical or specifically looking for niche skills, but it felt a bit excessive for a recruiting role.
