HR discovery call, followed by a deep dive with the project team - explored past experiences and some minor sense-checking as to technical ability and acumen. Big emphasis on fluency in mandarin, was asked to answer job-related questions in mandarin as a requirement.

How would you apply AI workflow automation to improve the current processes?
Proactively reached out, set up a discussion, then ghosted me. Understand business priorities change but gave scatter gun impression i.e. reach out to as many people as possible to hedge bets - felt a bit unprofessional.
5 rounds of interview, really anxious, but HR and managers were all pretty chill and friendly. Two rounds were with higher management, the last interview was pretty easy and the manager was in China, didn't ask too much question during that round
