I was contacted by three separate recruiters from TikTok on LinkedIn encouraging me to apply for an internship. After applying, I was automatically rejected at the resume screen. Shortly after that rejection, a fourth TikTok recruiter messaged me asking me to apply. Their recruiting is poorly coordinated and their internal communication is lacking.
45 minutes 2 rounds. Could vary depending on teams and positions. The interviewer is nice and warm, is my line manager. We have great communication. The second round is her peers.
easy simple nothing crazy all okay, i was happy with it and i dint have issues in anyway. i think they want someone else though not necessary someone like me which is ok
The interview process was straightforward, The questions asked both pertained to past experiences as well as technical skills related to the role. The interviewer however seemed a bit impatient and wanted to get through the questions quickly
