Attended the interview and no response after that.
1st question asked - are you able to speak chinese?
They didnt send any follow up emails after that. This is my 2nd interview with tiktok. Very bad experience for both. Not sure if I should recommend anyone to apply/ interview w them.
Multiple rounds, nice people, final round is with the global director. Salary negotiation was the in the very last with HR. Overall pretty good experience. Took me coupe month though to finally got through. But offer letter came very fast.

Takes time, you have to be ready for a min of 2 month between each step there are big gaps 2/3 weeks before you know you were successful to move to next one (5 steps altogether ) . They are looking for people who are positive, kind and passionate about their job so try to show them in your experience.
The interview process wasn't bad. The recruiter reached out to me, and scheduled a interview. The overall process took me a month. I would say that I have a better experince than alot of other people
