There was 4 steps of the interview: direct users, head level, regional head level, and lastly is HR. Overall I like how the HR is very responsive, overall process only took 3 weeks in total (can be 2 weeks but I reschedule the regional head level interview)

Met with 5 people across direct and larger team. 45 min convos with focused questions. Good conversations and interesting people, HR was supportive and communicative throughout the experience and it moved fairly quickly.

Person ask the candidate to introduce oneself, asked situation questions . The interview lasted 30 mins with situation question. The person conducting the interview was going through the motion and it felt they are not serious in hiring.
