1. Recruiter phone screen, 2. Hiring manager video call, 3. Team lead video call, 4. Team member video call. Application to offer in exactly one month. Very straightforward and really impressed by the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my career goals, and honestly had a more productive and fulfilling career conversation in this interview than I had in 3.5 years at my last job.
The interview process was very quick. I had two interviews over two consecutive days, which made it feel like they were rushing to hire someone. After the second interview, I was told they had decided to pivot the role toward an area where I didn't have much experience. That explanation felt a bit strange, especially since the job description and interview discussions hadn't suggested such a significant shift in focus.

Can you handle multiple projects while working under tight deadlines?
I think it's minimum to expect updates on how the interviews are going, especially when they're happening. But halfway through, there were no updates, and I found out on their careers platform that it has ended. Not cool, and disrespectful of my time.
I applied for a designer position online, and several hours later, I received an interview invitation email. I scheduled the time, and everything went well. The Interviewer showed up on time.
