I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapore) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was reached out by the recruiter, as my profile matched the role. Had a screening interview with the recruiter first. Then had an interview with the peer/colleague. Make sure you give extra attention to what the recruiter is asking because most of the times its the same questions being repeated in the next rounds.
