Very straightforward. I applied online and got an invitation a few days later. First round was with an HR, I remember it being very easy, more like an introduction. I got another invitation a day later. 2nd round was the hardest, but I remember that it was very short (around 20min max.). Next invitation 2 days later. 3rd round was just 2 questions and then the announcement that I got the job.
I am being honest, I was surprised how easy it as. I almost had no experience whatsoever and did not prepare well, and I am not saying this too be humble or to brag. I think I got the job easily because of the market I was applying for and because TikTok was just starting in Dublin. Also felt like they needed someone to fill in fast.
