I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapore) in Jan 2022
Interview
Pure utter rubbish.
1. Rude
2. To much judgement
3. Being unprofessional
4. Think they are to great
5. Discrimination
Ask full loads of question like they are as if very interested in your work but actually is more like having fun with the interview with little or no intention to treat the interview seriously as much as the candidate put in.
You name it. No positivity.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TikTok in Jul 2026
Interview
It started with an email and then a call with recruiter. All went fine. Then for the first technical interview, they asked a coding question on HackerRank and doesn't allow my preferred language.
It's a pretty easy question though.
