I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TikTok (Singapore) in Jan 2022
Interview
Only went for the first phone interview. Asked me about my availabilities and jumped into technical questions. Did not expect any technical questions at the first screening process (when is usually just to ask about you and your availabilities). There was also insufficient time to prepare for the interview.

It was messy, in the screening email they asked when was I able to start I wrote mid July, but then during the interviewing process they suddenly interrupted my questions and said they want someone fully onsite in May. They didn’t reject me but ghosted me.
