Applied online and got an invite to take the online assessment a few days later. After I took the assessment, I got invited to next round with specific team for whiteboard style interview. Prior to the interview, it was obvious the process was disorganized as they sent me texts with incorrect interview times. After doing my interview, I was sent to the next round immediately but after 10-20 minutes of waiting in an empty room, I received a call that I was incorrectly sent to the next round due to a “technical error” and was actually no longer in consideration. One of the more unprofessional and unorganized processes I’ve been through.
