A recruiter reached out to me about the position and invited me to a short call. In reality this is still 80% content review - which you learn only at the interview and the job listing hints at this role being more than entry level (coaching content moderators, providing QA, creating reports, etc). The interviewer asked me about my salary expectations but said she can't disclose the salary that is currently being offered for this role as that is confidential (?!). They are looking to introduce shifts and rolling hybrid out to do only onsite work. It's strange that a company wants to go backwards, they definitely don't have work-life balance on the top of their lists for this role and their job listing is not honest either.
