Many interviews with the head office in Shanghai. Very little consideration given to the differences in working expectations between timezones. Some interviewers were not paying much attention or asking questions - wasn't clear why they were part of the process

How you would be able to engage with talent on the platform
Met with 5 people across direct and larger team. 45 min convos with focused questions. Good conversations and interesting people, HR was supportive and communicative throughout the experience and it moved fairly quickly.

Person ask the candidate to introduce oneself, asked situation questions . The interview lasted 30 mins with situation question. The person conducting the interview was going through the motion and it felt they are not serious in hiring.

1 round of HR screening + 5 rounds of interviews, beginning with an interview with the hiring manager. Overall, the recruiter was pretty disorganized, inattentive to emails, and was non transparent about the overall compensation package.
