Initial screening with HR -> Peer interview -> Stakeholder interview (someone from the BizOps team; there could be one more round) -> Hiring Manager -> HRBP
Initial screening is pretty standard. Make sure to know the basics of Tiktok. For the actual interviews, ensure that your answers are structured. Main stakeholders are BizOps and Category Managers.
