Mostly 3/4 interviews with only people in Recruiting. There are a lot of young and junior people in the team, theres a real duplication effort needed because they are so junior?? It was a badly structured process.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Success you are proud of / Experience etc. Last interviewer was like a TA Lead, and was pretty rude, and couldn`t reallly be bothered with the interview. No feedback given for weeks too. BAD image for your Tiktok brand!!
