Took the interviewing coordinators a couple weeks to schedule two interviews with team members. My first interview was with a senior PM. Second interview they scheduled it at night. Originally it was scheduled the same day as the first one but last minute they changed to two days later and then an hour before the second interview they cancelled it in less than an hour... stayed up late just to have it cancelled. Followed up on the rescheduling.. dead silent, tbh not interested in working for a company that wants to interview at night and then cancel last minute. Cancelling meetings and interviews last minute seems to be the norm at the company.

How would you reduce false positives in our content moderation system?
They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.
