I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Long and drawn out process. Over 5 interviews with various people on the team. Each interview followed by weeks of silence on their end. Each interview felt repetitive, asking very similar questions and seemed deeply unorganized. Final interviewer seemed extremely uninterested in what I had to say and distracted throughout the entire zoom meeting after rescheduling due to her "extremely busy" schedule. Felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

Interview
pretty prolonged and some back-n-forth from manager, and then got referred to a different position in the group two times...
overall quite focused on case study and understanding of e-commerce.
Long but fairly streamlined, tedious, it seemed like everyone was on board but they weren’t ultimately? The HR stopped responding after a while and I received no clarity on the decision they made. I t was honestly a Strange experience
