I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TikTok (Vancouver, BC) in Dec 2023
Interview
1st interview- with hiring manager, ask several question on operation and risk
2nd interview- peer interview with a marketing member, however the experience is really bad, she doesn't respect the candidate at all
It was in person, split into three different rounds. The overall process was smooth and stress-free. HR was very helpful and made sure all the candidates were relaxed and ready for their interviews
There were three behavioral interviews. I had to pass each one before moving onto the next. The first was with the department head, then hiring manager, then a team member.
