Interview
I was contacted by recruiter who said they were looking for people with specific experience range and experience type. Both of which I exceeded. Interviewed with recruiter and was moved forward. Then before hiring manager interview, I got a rejection saying they reviews my resume again and don't have enough experience.
Overall pretty bad communication from recruiter and hiring manager. Don't get how I can exceed their specific desires and then suddenly not have enough. Suggest recruiter corrects their requirements.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
