Interview
Around 4+ interviews. Mostly behavioral. First was situational to better understand what you would do or how you’d answer the questions as a Product Operations. Mostly questions I’d have to speak to my own experience on. Also, if you had experience classifying data

Question 1
Tell me about your experience, how would you label the following data, what’s your experience with labeling data, etc
Very similar to amazon interview process with STAR Technique and competency based questions. Interview is not about getting to know each other, so not much connection with interviewers and they went directly to the questions

Question 1
Tell me a time you used data to make a business decision
Interview process:
Recruiter call (standard intro to the role and brief overview of your resume) -> Business team interview (this person would've been my colleague) -> Hiring manager interview (this person would've been my manager) -> Probably more interviews, but I didn't make it past the hiring manager round, so not sure.
Overall a negative experience because the second interview (business team round) was scheduled at 9pm on a Friday, and the interviewer did not show up on the call. It was eventually rescheduled, and I received no apologies from the interviewer. Major red flag.
