Aced OA -> then a recruiter sent me an email to schedule availability, i sent my availability and they told me the interviewers are from china so i have to make it after 6PM, I didn’t have a problem with that it was okay but after i did my interview they told me i moved to the next steps and they told me another recruiter is assigned to you. So the new recruiter sent me an email to send him my availability. After i sent my availability he ghosted me for two weeks and i sent multiple follow-ups, he was not responding. At this point i just gave up and didn’t send him an email(i sent almost 7 follow ups). But after three weeks of receiving an email and telling me i moved forward, they sent a rejection letter which says the position was filled??? Like what do you mean filled!! This was the worst interaction with a recruiter that i have ever had, please watch how you treat candidates Tiktok/Bytedance.
