Tedious and long. 5 rounds of the same interview format with 5 different members of the team, with each round increasing in seniority. Have to repeat yourself often. Interviewing with the heads of departments feels more like grilling rather than a genuine interest into why you want to work for the company, your aspirations and how well you will fit in. Final interview was the worst as it felt like the interviewer was trying to trip you up rather than asking genuine questions. However, recruiter was very responsive and quick in moving the process along.
