Two back to back interviews with different people, very informal and conversational. About 30 mins each and asks mostly behavioral questions. Did not seem very structured. Questions were mostly about yourself, your interests, your experiences, and some questions about how you fit at tiktok, how you view the platform, and how you think about the culture.

Basic screening interview, they ask why you want to work at TikTok and basic experience overview, It is a very calm interview process for a big company like TikTok. Make sure to ask about the job duties because the job descriptions tend to be vague.

Interview with a Sales Coordinator, 30 min call, mostly talked about interests and past experiences. There were a few "technical questions" but they were very easy and my interviewer was very nice.
Very bad experience. Extremely disorganized HR structure. They scheduled an interview with me then cancel because someone filled up the position for TWICE. It's a totally waste of my time.
