Interview
Ridiculous process - 8 stages, and I got the job! Once one interview is done, you’re given barely any time to prep for the next one. Communication is sometimes over email, sometimes over WhatsApp, totally chaotic.
They dodge all questions about the role itself, interviews are led by people with no knowledge of the role, but somehow this isn’t clear until you start as they blag the answers.
They will not at any point agree to talk about salary expectations, until offer stage - you’re then told this is non negotiable as based on a framework.
okay but it is hard to know things from regional HR, if want to know more about the job must ask country user
okay and clear process, they do it very fast

Recruiter will reach out to you, schedule the subsequent meetings. The whole process was really professional. However, the peer evaluation I feel was a quite biased as they will probably approve of the colleague that they vibe with and not based on skills.
