I went through four interview rounds: recruiter screen, hiring manager, business partner, and another business partner. Unfortunately, it was a really unprofessional experience. The recruiter was slow to respond and provided little transparency throughout the process. I was told I would move forward to the case study round and that materials would be sent before the weekend — but I never received anything. After following up multiple times the next week, I was told I would no longer be moving forward. What’s worse, during one of the business partner interviews, I was directly asked if I have children and how I would manage the job with a child at home — a completely inappropriate and unprofessional question. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would recommend they improve candidate communication and ensure their interviewers are trained on appropriate, legal interview conduct.
