The whole interview was conducted in Mandarin, it was 45 minutes in total. The interviewer has specific questions to ask which is highly related to the job itself. The final session is Q&A, the process is considered efficient.

1st Interview with Recruiter. Explained the job position, and the functions the position must preform. Very basic overview and nothing to specific. One of the different they do in the company, is that there is no really training period, workers are asked to perform immediately or learn while working type of thing.

Recruiter reached out on LI for phone call. 30 minute call, said everything looked like a great fit. Responded back next day that I will not be moving forward as they are looking for someone with more experience.
