I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth, I had a language test interview and then three other interviews, one with a team member, one with a hiring manager, and one with HR.
Nada em especial. Seguindo o usual padrão de RH > Líder > Gerencia e uma possível fase final. Ainda que a oferta tenha sido abaixo do que eu esperava, foi um processo positivo.

Interview
I sent the Resumé and was a few weeks later reached by HR for a Video interview. We talked in both English and Portuguese so they could test my English skills. I left the interview with an overall positive feeling but they sent me an email saying they had decided not to go through with my application. No specific feedback at all.
