TikTok Community Content Specialist - Turkish interview questions

I had an interview yesterday. It was the worst interview I've ever had in my life. The woman interviewed asked how would you feel if there was abuse. I have never seen such a silly question. When I said I would feel bad, he said that this position was not suitable for me. I wonder how he feels when he is faced with a video such as violence or harassment. I guess they are looking for a machine, not a human, for the position.
