TikTok Risk Investigator Specialist interview questions

I applied for the position of Risk Investigation Specialist the recruiter got in touch with me and sent me an email to schedule an interview, 5 minute before the interview I received an email to cancel the interview. I rescheduled the interview for the next day and nobody showed up. After that I have tried to contact the recruiter but never heard back from her.

It seems as if all the steps for the inverview follows a script. First interview was with an HR person from China only to validate the curriculum, the second interview was with someone related to the job but not from the same team, I thought I had done well since eveytime I answered the interview would say "that is a great example" ... I didn't went through for the following interviews.
