TikTok Technical Program Manager interview questions

2 rounds of interviews 30 mins each on the same day after you apply. 1 is with the hiring manager another is with the service lead. The HR will email you for timings. The communication is broken. There were interviewer changes on the day of the interview. The interview went very well but I kept following up and they kept replying "we are interested" for the next 4 months. Until I gave up and stopped following up.

Lol this is very impressive interview experience in my life. I had first round interview with recruiter and second round with a TPM. Phone screening was ok, just regular questions for end to end program management. The TPM screening was a little bit interesting. First, interviewer opened a strong Tiktik filter in the zoom meeting, with fancy background and strong beauty camera filter lol. Second, our communication is generally smooth but I would say the oral communication of the interviewer was not that good. I believe this is the Tiktok culture, if you want to be a proactive contributor, probably you need to use strong beauty filter in your zoom meetings as well.
