A very clear and direct interview process! I applied and two weeks later I was contacted for an interview that would be happening the week following. The panel interview was 30 minutes long and felt like a very good conversation discussing our goals for the company, experience, and expectations along with a situational question. The recruiter was nice and responsive throughout the entire process, as were my interviewers. I heard back less than a week after the interview. I don't say this just to put a facade, but you can see the company values and initiatives being reflected off of the people that work here. It was not a strenuous process and everyone involved was kind to me in all manners!
