Applied online, and heard back from the recruiter on the very next day saying they wanted to schedule a phone interview to discuss on the position. In that email I was asked my availability for the phone interview. I replied to the email right away - literally, like in 3 min. Then they never got back to me. As I was so excited about the opportunity, I got very disappointed and wondered, why did they even reach out to me in the first place if you ended up ghosting?
