There was a phone interview structured more or less like a quiz show. The questions were pretty fair, I thought. I didn't crush it, but I did well enough to move to the next round. Phase 2 was an in-person interview that consisted mainly of looking at Javascript antipatterns related to variable hoisting, and anticipating what the output of the program would be. It revealed some ignorance in my understanding of variable hoisting, which I'm grateful to them for showing me. A lovely woman from HR introduced appeared halfway through the interview and asked me to exit the premises.
I left with the distinct hunch that I perhaps dodged a bullet.
