I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tillster
Interview
This interview process was longer and more thorough than I had expected. After finding a posting I reached out and spoke to a nice woman who asked me some basic questions. I was then called back by Jim, a recruiter who seemed as interested in me as my skills. After about a week Jim called back to find a convenient time for me to come meet the team. It was then that I understood Jim's line of questioning - I was to be interviewed by the department manager, a person on the team I would be joining, the department VP, the CTO and then the VP of HR. Between these 30-45 minute sessions even the CIO casually introduced himself to me with a smile. It was really clear that these people are really coordinated, buttoned down and take this process of finding the right fit very seriously. I liked that.

Question 1
The style of the EMN8 interview process was largely problem solving based. They seemed really interested in getting to know me by seeing how I think and approach problems. Be prepared to have to really think on fly. You will be asked to solve real world technical challenges with no easy answers. This was far more difficult than it may sound.
one phone interview and another onsite with two Engineers and Manager. HR brief description of the company. Interview process was fast and got an offer with in one week after the onsite interview was done.

Online assessment. I was thinking give up the assessment but finally I tried it. Didn't finish it and left after half an hour. I shouldn't waste time on it. They are looking for new grades with senior experience.
