I turned in my application and they asked for an interview on the spot right after I turned in my application. Then I had to get interviewed by another manager and then they called my references I had put on my resume and application before they hired me.

Why do you think you'll fit in at Tillys as one of our sales associates?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
