I had a brief phone interview with the District Manager before meeting with a local Store Manager to interview outside of the store and walk the mall. Afterwards, I was selected to interview at a higher volume location. I sat with the manager at a coffee shop and had 20 minutes to discuss past management experience, desire to work at Tillys, etc. An offer was made the next day. The process overall was very nice.
Pretty standard interview. Went in and applied in person. Was able to work my way from just working the floor, to cashier, to becoming a manager. Good people to work with for sure.
