Interview
I was in a group interview they ask basic questions that are listed down below. I was smiling most of the time and very talkative to the manager and the other people that also applied in fact I spoke to everyone that applied before the manager even showed up because I knew we were under supervision and that I had to break the ice. The manager came in and asked us the first question and it was a lot of fun since I was throwing little jokes and made everyone laugh. When it came to serious questions I stopped joking around and turned into a professional beast.
They made us a scenario and asked us to pick up outfits from the store according to the Scenario.
(My scenario was a man who had a surfing contest in Puerto Rico)

It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
