I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tillys (Fredericksburg, VA)
Interview
Applied online and got a call a week after. I got there and it was a group interview with two other people. The questions weren't too bad, asked about trends, etc. At the end had to find back to school outfits. Managers told us to expect a call in a few days if we are selected to work there but I never got one. I had a feeling because there was another candidate that they seemed to love and had experience. It was a bummer though because the managers seemed really chill and cool and the work atmosphere overall seemed fun and like a family.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
